I don't even want to give sears outlet in morrow one star. They owe us $1625 and I've been waiting 3 weeks. Been told by the "manager" that she has refunded me 3 different times! We cancelled our order within 18 hours, never even had the refrigerator delivered! The manager has kept me on hold for 15 min and when I called back she wouldn't speak to me. She had an associate do her job. This place is ridiculous!! The "manager" was supposed to return a call to me per corporates instructions and she failed to do that also. It is amazing to me that someone would let her keep her job..in all honestly I'm scared I had to give her my debit card number for refund purposes. She lied to me 3 times I'm sure she does to her boss also. I'm sure according to her this situation is my fault!
