Aweful. Horrible. Loss for words. I went in for an emergency visit ( this has been my vet for years). Left spending $125 and zero info more than I came in with. I am headed to another vet now to spend more money & get an answer. Banfield is like the McDonalds of vets. No one care, its just a job. Not the way I want my pups cared for. I will NEVER go back to another Banfield. So sad that this is called pet care.

Excellent care. My wonderful cocker spaniel Sunny received the best of care. I was blessed daily with her presence as Banfield physicians and staff provided all the necessary care to promote her well-being. When, she needed intravenous therapy-I was able to hold her and provide her comfort. Very personalized care. After every visit-I received a follow-up call. The extended hours on weekends-made it so easy for Sunny to receive the care she needed.
