VERY rude and not helpful. For a "family" business I expected at minimum a friendly voice and good customer service.. What I got was an annoyed woman who did not offer up information and literally said " is that all?" I would rather pay more and go elsewhere!

The staff at Empire Rent-A-Car exceeded my expectations with their service and pricing. I originally contacted a nationally well known rental car company, but they weren't able to easily accommodate our request because of policies and procedures. I contacted Empire Rent-A-Car with the same situation, and they were happy to work with me. I highly recommend them and will most certainly use them again if we're in the area.

This is a very professionally run rental company that will do locate pickup with no charge, accepts what insurance companies pay, don't require a credit card, and have nice clean vehicles. If you make a reservation, you can be assured you will have a vehicle when you arrive to rent.
