Appalachian Animal Hospital was started in 1984. The building was built by my father and me. Before that, I practiced both large and small animal medicine out of my home. Our goals here at Appalachian Animal Hospital are to provide the best service and quality care efficiently and for the best price in the area. We strive to give each owner and their pet the type of care we would give our own. Dr. Larry Mangum is certified by the Tennessee and Virginia Veterinary State Board of Veterinary Medicine.
