Great customer service! Very friendly and was quick getting me a new fob for my car and boat keys. Thank you!!

My husband and I were locked out of our home (long story)
We first called Minute Key only because it was first to show on search. They promised us a tech would call in about 15 min so, after 30 min. I called back and was told no one would be coming, they had no one. There was no call back to tell us that no one would be there.
I then called Access Unlimited and Amber was very nice and promised a tech to call us. They immediately called us and arrived in less than 20 minutes. These people were super nice and worked very hard to get us into our home. He was unable to do the smart lock in front but went to the back and had two locks to be able to get in. After getting into the garage, he had two locks to get into the house as well. They worked very hard but the charge was only $50.00
I cannot say how much we appreciate them for being there for us. It was after 10:00pm, getting very dark and chilly. I just want to say Thank You again!

Fast. One and done and it did not cost me a fortune.

I was on a work trip and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I have one of those vehicles where this is SUPPOSED to be impossible. It was a long day of work, followed by driving, then this. I tried 4 other locksmiths first with no response. Then called this one. William was quick to return my call, called me when he arrived, found me in the parking lot, so professional and so nice. It was a bad day and he was quick, knew what he was doing, and set my mind at ease. So thankful for gentlemen like William! He certainly deserves a raise. I was at his mercy. He didn’t have to be kind but he chose too. Honest, informative, and kind! Thanks so much William!!

They were great! I told them, good C/S is hard to find, and they treat their customers like family. I DEFINITELY recommend them, and would use them again.
