My advice about this company would be stay away I have been paying on my building for 32 months have got it down to 4 more payments and its paid for. But now after almost 3 years they want to pick it up because of a late fee, they have decided they don't want to except anymore payments from me. These people will rip you off! I will never buy another building from this company again. But they have to take me to court because I will not pay 32 months on a 36 month contract and let them come get my building without a court order!
