Stephen was at first very good at following up with me, and I ultimately signed a contract. He promised me my cabinet doors and drawers would be ready in 4 weeks, 5 weeks top. It's now 4 months and I'm still waiting. His level of follow-up appears less than stellar, and it takes days or weeks to even hear back from him. He has moved his business and hasn't left a phone number and poorly responds to email. Now I want my money back. I'm hoping that won't result in a claim against his business. Not impressed.
