This is an excellent store with a great staff, AND in an age with poor customer service in most business' this store has renewed my faith in CUSTOMER SERVICE. They get it right at The Fabric Center. We recently returned to the store after purchasing a new machine for my wife, we were greeted as friends and made to feel welcome, they took care of our needs and then I mentioned that we were late getting there due to a flat tire, Lonnie immediately suggested his friends tire store up the street and said but they closed at 5:00, but he went and checked and they said bring your car on up we will fix the tire, which they did. While the Brigestone staff fixed the flat, Lonnie took us back to his store and entertained me while my wife shopped. Soon the problem was taken care of and Lonnie took us to pick up our car. Very warm and caring people at the Fabric Center. A very positive experience. Thanks Lonnie and Chris and the entire staff!

I've been going to the Fabric Center since I was about 9 years old. There's summer classes there for girls that are amazing! I've learned so much about sewing and use what I've made almost every day! The employies there are helpful, knowledegable, and they seem to know exactly what you're looking for every time. The store is stocked full of fabric, thread, machines, patterns, tools, ect. You name it, and more than likely they have it. I'm 15 now, and my friends are jealous of the way I can sew. And trust me when I say, they're not the sewing type. lol. I owe it all to the Fabric Center (and my grandmum of course)! Love you guys!

This store is a 10 star in my book. Not only are the clerks knowledgeable and helpful, they are kind and good at suggesting projects to get you out of the doldrums.. Then top it off with a well stocked store of fabric and sample projects..I couldn't enjoy shopping more. L Barker

I bought my Janome machine here and the owner gave me my first lesson before I left the store. The staff is so helpful and the fabric selection is wonderful!

If you want to get ripped off our have your a$$ pinched by a pervert go to this store.

The employees at the Fabric Center are fabulous people. They are very knowledgable and extremely helpful! The fabric center is huge with racks and racks of awesome material. They have classes, patterns, machines, a work area, and lots of cotton.
