I would recomend this Doctor to anyone in my family. He is very knowledgable in his field, and does do tests to find the root to the problem. His office staff is very friendly and when calling for an appointment I get in very promptly. I don't have to wait a long time to get put into an exam room or wait for the Doctor to be seen. I would recomend him to anyone. Very good Doctor and I am very comfortable with him and his treatment.

I would not recommend this dr. to anyone that wants a good bedside manner. He talks about his family issues to his patients and does not follow the current standards in patient privacy. He speaks about things in the hall while other patients can hear. This makes it ver uncomfortable to be in his office. I will not return and do not sugest him to anyone.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ritz and his staff. My husband had sinus surgery and was very impressed with the results.

Dr Ritz is a to the point Dr. he can be a bit dry but he is a Dr who does tests to make sure your child is ok. My Autistic daughter loves going to the office and the staff is friendly & extremely helpful, caring, and passionate about their jobs. Something rare in the Joliet area!!!!!!
