The service man came at the time and on the day promised. He examined our front loading LG washer and told us it was an issue with too much soap. I was reluctant to believe him, never having had this kind of machine and only having used the proper measure as directed. He could have taken the machine back to the shop and "worked" on for a large repair fee like other less honest persons might, but he stood his ground and told us he would come back for 1/2 of a service call if we had to call him back. He was right, and I appreciated his knowledge and honesty - something hard to find today.
