I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from them. The staff was more than helpful and our salesman Doug was great! They really made my car buying experience a breeze. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership!

Had many bad experiences with them. I had a brake issue two years ago; and needed to take it back to them 4 times before finally getting it right. Gave me all new MOPAR brake pads and rotors for 550. Two years later, having the same issue. They want to give me all new brake pads and rotors again! And they stated they would accept a warranty applied before and give me free brake pads. Now they are quoting me 756. Makes absolutely no sense. Will never take my business here again or recommend them.

Avoid service department. Had oil changed and when I drove away, noticed it was smoking and sputtering. Popped the hood and it was WAY overfilled. Took it back and they claimed their machine broke and put too much oil in. Gave me a free oil change for next time and like a fool I took it back. Long story short, they cant tighten the drain plug properly, provide you with a very sloppy oil change and I now have a leak around the oil pan gasket. Will be changing it myself from now on. Would give them a -5 review if possible due to the fact that I own a car that is less than a year old with a leaky oil pan gasket due to horrible service.

I highly recommend Waterfront Jeep! I traveled from Washington, PA, to purchase a 2010 Jeep Compass. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. They had the Compass washed and waiting out front for me when I arrived. They stayed well after closing time to accomodate me and they went above and beyond to make my transaction smooth. They were never pushy and they gave me a very fair trade-in on my old car. I will be returning to Waterfront Jeep for my next new car.

In November of 2007, I purchased a 2004 JEEP Grand Cherokee for my 18 yr old niece. I live out of town (3 hrs away), therefore we conducted a lot of business via long distance. I sent an E-mail to WATERFRONT JEEP inquiring about a 4-wheel drive vehicle, approximately $15K, with less than 50K miles so we could purchase an extended warranty: Cash, no trade-in. A salesman phoned my niece the very next day. My niece picked out a Grand Cherokee that I thought was more than I wanted to pay, but we made a deal and bought the JEEP. They accepted my out of town, personal check for 3/4's of the purchase price and the finance manager helped us with a loan to help my niece establish some credit. Everybody I met at the dealership was wonderful. I hope they have a vehicle for my youngest niece in June of 2008. Thanks guys! Pat N of Ohio and I own a JEEP Liberty Renegade
