These are the worst apartments in Morgantown, take it from me my name is Federico Gialnoe I was the maintenance man there for the past 4 years, Patti DeWitt the owner an operator only does what she absolutely has to do, when I was fired for reporting her by the way to the health department and the state fire inspector there were approximately 12 apartments that were infested with not only roaches and rats but bed bugs. she has known about this infestation for the past 6 months and has done absolutely nothing about it. This is not a safe or even humane place for people to live, all of the electrical has critical damage and is not up to code I would suggest that nobody live here this place should be condemned and I am doing my very best to do that . So if you are planning or trying to decide whether to live here or not I urge you to please reconsider you will be putting your family in grave danger.
