John knows what he is doing... the rest don't care and my beautiful own nails paid for it.. no wait a minute I paid for it!!!!!!!

I have stopped going to this establishment much to my dismay. I love the girl that does eyebrows. However, I cannot deal with the rude treatment of who I assume to be the "head male" . He is very rude if you do not carry cash, and demands that you only come back if you have cash to pay next time. He made me feel as though I was bothering him when I went to get a mani/pedi/eyebrow last week. He was eating lunch and watching soap operas and demanded to know if I wanted something after I signed in and sat down. The girls need to get rid of him, their business would be so much better.

Women workers are pleasant, but the male is very rude and short. He makes you feel as if you're bothering him when you go in there. They then procede to harass you to pay in cash. I noticed several other customers that were put off by this. I will not return.

NV nails is the best salon ever! I felt very very comfortable there. I just come to NV nail to do my nail.
