I have felt very comfortable with the care I have received from Dr. Garrett, however, her "nurse" (Crystal) is very cold and can often be RUDE. I know of other patient's from this practice who have transferred to other physicians for this very same reason. After my last visit there and a phone call from this "nurse"(I was very ill), I will now be considering the same. This woman, who by now knows me well, was very aloof and unsympathetic.



The rest of the staff, especially Becky (the receptionist), have all been very kind. It is a shame that management has allowed this one staff member to ruin the entire atmosphere of the practice. I guess I probably should have complained to management by now, but I think it easier to just go elsewhere.

I have had no problems with this practice. When I have called them for an appointment, they have worked me in, within 48 hours. They are always nice and polite to me and my family. I would defintly recomend DR. Garrett, to any one my 16 year old daughter even feels comfortable with her.

They were not practical when it came to appointments. On my first appointment there I got lost, and I couldn't reach the office by phone for directions, and I finally got through at the time of my appt. They told me I had no choice but to reschedule after I drove for 30 minutes, and then told me I'd have to pay for missing the appointment. Apparently their time is a lot more valuable then mine, and apparently gas is free to them. This doesn't include how rude they were to me about it. I wont be going back, I recommend Wedgewood (304-599-8917).
