Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. Started out great when they readily agreed to exchange an improper item. But I think that employee agreed to do something that management wouldn't let them do because I was unable contact her again and no one else knew anything about it. In the end, I was stuck with a product that I couldn't use because their website didn't accurately describe it and they refused to exchange it.
