Unexpected stop on my way out of town , pouring down , they jumped right to my needs knowing my time line found ,a nail in my tire,reset the sensors ... these guys rescued me and my girls !!! Extremely nice and prompt with detailed expainations ! 1st class service with a smile !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ,In fact I may drive from Houma from now on just because these people are top notch !! Thank you very much for helping us the way you did !! You turned our frown upside down and we made it to the concert on time !!!

I brought my CRV into them to have the tires replaced with a new set. it's 2007 Honda model with 60k. All I was asking them to do was to install the new set of tires I ordered from but later I received the call saying I can't drive the vehicle because my alignment is too bad to be put on the road until the part they ordered arrive and properly install. Later on, I was told that the part will not arrived til in the morning. I never had any issue with the vehicle except the tires wearing down. When I went picked up my vehicle in the morning, I notice my gas tank was a quarter tank lower and odometer reading 60 miles more... 60 miles?!?!? Thats a nice little road trip and my steering column was half popped open. What were they trying to do within my steering column??? And,the music was loud that I was surprised the speakers didn't blow. The vehicle is a simple stock 2007 Honda CRV!!! Of course, they gonna say that the vehicle was parked at the shop over night, so the vehicle was burning fuel and running up the odometer inside their garage... I will never go back to them if my life even depended on it. They are a bunch of scams that didn't want to pay for their own fuel to travel.
