I wrote a Google review and it would not allow me to do another. But today my experiance has been very frustrating because the P.A. Dustin Weir did not like that I stated that another P.A. that saw me a month ago, undertreated me. As soon as I made the comment, he got very defensive. He began to cut me off mid sentance and ask, well how do you know you were under treated? How do you know that you had pneumonia? So I told him that I worked in the ER and had another doctor check me and he became very obnoxious at that point. Being in the medical field for over 10 years working beside many educated and skilled professionals, I rarely come across the type of attitudes I encounter each time I visit. The last P.A was a great P.A. he just treated me for bronchitis and sinusitis, when he and I both heard crackles bilaterally in my lungs. My sa02 that day was 84%ra and everytime I coughed I was producing dark tenacious sputum. He should have done an xray that day and confirmed it. I returned today with symptoms worsening since medication regimen last prescribed concluded. As I recapped the events that led up to my return today, the P.A. Dustin Weir displayed a very defensive attitude when he could have asked me why I felt that way and reassured me that although I felt however I felt about my last treatment that he would try his best moving forward. Instead he was making comments like.... so did you have your ER friends check it out or did they give you and chest xray in ER or how do you know this, or how do you know that? Great, you deliver bad care and now you want to aggrevate me while I already feel terrible. So happy I stopped by. On top of that I asked the P.A. name and the MA who roomed me went out to tell him that I said I was going write a review about him. When I said "thats why I wrote a review about the last P.A. I saw, they dont listen and they are very unprofessional". How professional of her. So when the P.A. Dustin returned I told him that I heard her.

This urgent care saved my son's life!
He was turned away from a different urgent care center (on Day Street) so my son decided to try this one. Thankfully, Travis Cruz, P.A. (Physician's Assistant) sent him straight to the emergency room/hospital.
Travis was "spot-on" in his suspicions...
My son had a blood clot in his leg! Thank you Travis for your expertise & compassion.

I needed an X-ray of my ankle and the tech was nice but in a big hurry. When she picked me up from the room she whipped me down the hall into the X-ray room onto the table snapped 3 X-rays and whizzed me back to the room. the dr comes in and tells me the good news the foot isn't broken but badly sprained. He said they would wrap it in an ace bandage give me a walking boot and a shot for pain and swelling. If I needed an off work noticed he could give me one for 3 days. Well the X-ray tech comes in slapped on a walking boot that is way to big for me and says ok you can go now. No ace bandage or shot for pain and swelling was given. I couldn't walk because of the pain they were rude and didn't want to give me crutches. They said I could give back the boot in exchange for the crutches. When I asked for the dr note for work and my RX I was made to feel like I didn't need them.My advice don't go here it's a waste of your time an money. I had to go to my dr the next day for good treatment.
