This hospital is horrible. First, my daughter was seen by a know it all nurse (Isabel) who couldn't even get a needle stick on my daughter. Then, she was letting the needle rub against the tourniquet as it was going into my daughters arm. A nurse practitioner diagnosed her with a UTI and bronchitis and prescribed antibiotics. Went to another hospital and she had a confirmed diagnosis through a nasal swab that she had the flu. When I called Kaiser back to see if my daughters urine culture was positive, the lady on the phone told me we would have gotten a call if it was. I asked was she sure being that they had already prescribed antibiotics based on the dip stick being positive. She angrily told me she would get someone else who could communicate it better to me and transferred me to the after hours nurses line, knowing they wouldn't be able to help me. Unless I go down to records, I guess I'll never know if my daughter is on antibiotics for no reason. This is all questionable especially because they didn't properly diagnose her.

Worst Hospital experience EVER!

I went in for server rib pain I was in the waiting room waiting for a bed for 2hours once I got back there they inserted the IV and gave me medicine for my nausea and pain. 30 minutes later I was told they needed an X-Ray to determine what's causing the pain. Once that was over they put me back in my room and I waited there for at least an hour and 30 minutes now here's where the problem started . I had to track down the doctor in order to get my test results back! She came in with everything already ready so you mean to tell me that if I would of never tracked her down that I would still be waiting for my test results?! So then she said she will give me more medicine for the pain another 30min past I was ready to go at that point so I told my boyfriend to get a doctor or someone to get this IV out of me when he came back he told me my chart was on there desk and that the doctor will be there in a minute, he finally came with the meds and at that point I told him take the IV out my arm I am ready to leave I drank the medication and was on my way when I came back home I ended up falling in the driveway due to dizziness how are you going to give someone medication and not tell them what the side effects are?! Your job as a doctor or nurse is to tell the patient what the side effects will be ! I will never go back there I don't care what condition I'm in I'm sticking with riverside bigger facility and better treatment and care I don't recommend that anyone goes here I will be reporting my experience to a higher source . NEVER AGAIN!!

incompetent employees

I went to the 2nd floor pharmacy hoping to save some time seeing as there was no line & nobody waiting. Boy was I wrong! I waited 30 minutes before I went to ask what the hold up was. First, the tech forgot to submit my med for processing, then when I went back to inquire 20min later they said they were waiting for the 1st floor pharmacy to bring it up, as they were out. I waited for a whole hour before my named popped up and all the idiot tech said throughout the ordeal was that there was nothing she, nor i could do but wait. I am utterly disgusted with their service, not to mention how ghetto the techs were (talking about meeting a guy at a bar the previous weekend) while people waited in line. Get it together Kaiser. This ain't a good look.

I agree with the above. Moreno Valley Community ER is just horrible!!!. I went to Riverside County accross the street and was seen in 15 minutes!!!

If you need real emergency care, go to a place that knows how to deal with emergcies. I learned my lesson the hard way.

My son fell out of a tree and hit his head on cement. It took 6 hours for him to be seen by a PA not even a real doctor. The knot on his head was the size of a grape fruit and no one would help us. It was such a bad experience I would hate to have to go back!
