US 2.50 Cleaners

I am a business professional that lives in charlotte however employeeed in mooresville that utilized US 2.50 dry cleaning service twice a week for over 1 year. My dress shirts with white end collar was stained with the shirt color 1 bule the other grey bleeding on to the collar. I have had these shirts cleaned by them several times before and now they are ruined. the explained that it happens and said it is no big deal i can wear them like that. today 5/23/08 another shirt was ruiend and they told me to take my business some were else and shockingly took the shirts off the hangers leaving me with the shirts with no hangers to take home. they said the hanger belong to them



the owners are very condencing and rude . to remove the hangers for the items just cleaned was very unprofessional.

i have heard of other problems from other customers before but didn't think it would happen to me.



I intend on sueing them for replacement of my shirts
