UNRELIABLE! Called, scheduled and confirmed service in the morning. Talked 2 more times through the day to confirm that they were still coming - right up until 10 minutes before 5:00 PM we talked and confirmed that they were still coming. Darkness came. No show. No phone call. Left 2 messages on their answering service. No return call. Now, 4 days later, STILL not a return call. No apology. No reason. No excuse. Just complete irresponsibility, lack of communication, lack of common courtesy and just plain BAD BUSINESS.

Do not bother to call Tree Tech and absolutely do not count on them - even if they tell you they are coming (multiple times). Do not trust them. And other reviews back this up as an endemic problem and practice.
