Worst experience ever!!! Not only did my pet die but received the call while standing in their lobby waiting to pick her up at 5 pm. Dr. Broome was full of excuses of what "might" have happened. More interested in telling me her morality numbers then expressing grief and concern over the loss. Felt no compassion - my pet was just a number to her. A more concerned Vet would have expressed her sorrow and admitted she didn't know what went wrong instead of making excuses to try to make herself look better. A rating of zero is all that is deserved however you get one since it is required and the front desk person was friendly.
