Overall the move was smooth. I did have a few issues with them. I find out the day before the move that I had to pay $200 cash upfront to the drivers and the transportation fee with a money order or cashiers check. Luckily it was early enough in the day that I was able to get both the cash and cashiers check. After loading the driver asked for another $100 in cash because they would need to get gas. Once they finished the move, we were able to pay the balance with a personal check. And the driver did a great job in being honest about the money that had been paid in cash.

We did have an expensive item that was broken in the move. Unfortunately, we were only offered one option for insurance. With the option we were offered, we will only get 60 cents per pound for a solid cherry dining table. That will not come close to even being able to replace the pedestal legs that were broken.

The total price for the move was great, but I guess you get what you pay for.
