I was called to pick up my poodle after grooming and when I arrived was informed that she had been taken to the vet to treat a gash given to her by clippers. The wound under her arm required five STAPLES, in other words could not be mended with small stiches or glue. I was not called except to pick her up when she was finished. The groomers were incredibly apologetic as this was the second time they cut her but my greatest grievance is that I was not called IMMEDIATELY when they decided it was necessary to seek medical attention. I should have never given them a second chance!!!
