Absolutely the most unprofessional 'business' I have even dealt with. We called to schedule a last minute appointment for a move out clean. We explained the circumstances - that the water had already been turned off and all we were looking for was to have the floors vacuumed and moped. The woman who scheduled the appointment with me told me it would be no problem. We knew there was a 2 hour minimum and were fine with paying that even due to the small amount of work cleaning that we wanted to have done. The crew of 2 arrived 30 minutes early and let themselves into the house without permission. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have time to do everything that needed to be done before their next scheduled appointment. I told them that all I needed was the floors vacuumed and mopped and they said it 'wasn't worth their time'. Now it is too late to make another appointment with another company. When I called the company I was called a B*&!@ by the woman with whom I scheduled the appointment. Clearly this company has no class and no integrity in keeping their word or their appointments. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE. You have been warned!
