Don't move here if you have a car. They only have enough parking for each apt to have 1 car. For some reason they give out more parking passes than actual parking spots. The quad I live in has 4 parking spots. The two apartments on the ground level take up all the parking spots leaving me and my neighbor no place to park. For the amount of money it costs to live here they need to assign parking and provide one spot per apartment. I work third shift and every day I come home I have no place to park. I usually have to park on the other side of the complex and walk to my apartment in very cold weather. Security doesn't exist here. After management leaves for the day around 5-6 your all on your own. Not a very peaceful or quiet place to live. People speed thru the parking lot revving there engines and blaring music at all hours of the day and night. Management doesn't seem to care about anything except the rent money. Maintenance is the only properl functioning part of the property. People claim they get free wifi but it doesn't exist. I have called the police on my neighbors for partying and playing loud music at 4-5 am over 10 times and nothing has been done about it. The rule use to be that if the cops where called on you more than 2 times you got evicted from the property. That is no longer being inforced. I don't even think the manager is qualified to run this property. Just overall not a nice place to live.
