Bella Pottery is under new ownership. The new owner takes care of customers.

After going through my child's school for a pottery piece, the item wasn't finished within the time frame given by the school; okay maybe not totally Bella's fault. The owner was very helpful to work with me to get the item on time but when that didn't work out, promised me a refund. Two weeks later, after nothing from the school or Bella's, I call only to find out that the owner CHANGED HER MIND about the refund, and was not going to uphold her guarantee! The piece can no longer be given as a gift, but because they did "all the work" they will go back on their word. I cannot fault them for the third parties miscommunication on time frames, but I have never experienced such poor service. It's cheaper to go through other pottery places around town, and much better service.

and the deals are great! i just went in on saturday november 8th and as soon as i got in the door i was told it was a buy one get one free day! i did my children's hand and foot prints (they do them for you) and now my christmas is done!

i only had to go to one store!!! mimi was great! she loves children! i'm going back on friday night to finish my pottery because they are open til midnight!! check this place out!
