I was recommended to this salon by my neighbor. I went to the owner, Colleen. I just moved from ny city and was so worried to find a salon is such a small town. I literally had the best cut and color ever. I get so many compliments. The owner used to teach color so she knows her stuff. My hair is so shiny and bouncy.

I have tried a lot of salons in the area and Avant-Garde is the best by far. The stylists are very professional and you can tell they know exactly what they are doing. I have always been thrilled with the styling, cut, color, and services I have received at Avant-Garde. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My hair look very good when I left this salon. New to the area I was unfamiliar with the salons here so I took a chance. I really love the color. The cut was just ok. They try to force you into buying pureology which I did and I hate it. Leaves a film on my hair. I had my brows waxed which turned out really bad because one was a lot thicker than the other. I paid 217 for the highlights, trim, brow wax and 2 sample size pureology. Too expensive for me for the quality of service.
