Highly unhappy for my wedding flowers on sept 29 2012!!! I got 4 mothers, 5 boutonnieres, and a bridal boquet for 258.17. ok yes callas are expensive but only the bridal had 9 in total there was more berries than flowers. the rest were roses and on the mothers it was mini roses. I DO NOT ADVISE GOING HERE!! I have saved 2 friends already from going here I should have went to clippers. the only nice thing i have to say about all occasions is that there staff is friendly!!! -Bridget Bailey and I would seriously like a sort of refund at least 125 dollars of if

Extremely unhappy with a Mother's Day arragement order through Telefora and sent to All Occasions Florist to fill order and deliver. I went to visit my mother and found the arrangement to be completely different than the one ordered. Although some of the flowers were the same other fillers were put into the arrangement. The basket was not only different but far below standard for a substitution. Butterfles were supposee to be on the handle but of course, no butterflies. I contacted the florist and was told they only make the arrangement according to what they are paid by teleflora not what I actually paid. The were very argumentative and did not offer to change out the arrangement, I will never use this florist again and have submitted a formal complaint to teleflora.

Call Valentine's Day and they were able to help me out. My girlfriends roses were beautiful. Great service would recomend they to all my friends..

MY DOG DIED AFTER 12 YEARS. MY MOTHER SENT ME FLOWERS AND I HAD JUST MOVED TO THE AREA. THEY COULDN'T FIND MY HOUSE SO I HAPPILY WENT TO PICK THEM UP. I ASKED WERE THEY WERE LOCATED AND WAS NOT SURE WHAT HE MEANT BY 115. I EXPRESSED THAT I WAS NEW TO THE AREA AND UNFAMILIAR WITH THAT AND ASKED IF HE COULD TELL ME WHERE IN REGARDS TO MY LOCATION, HE REPLIED NO, THAT'S WHERE WE ARE...WHEN I FINALLY MADE MY WAY THERE, I SAID HELLO I JUST CALLED...HE LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR WITH NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT WHATSOEVER. IF MY MOTHER HAD NOT ALREADY PAID I WOULD HAVE TOLD HIM WHERE TO PUT THE FLOWERS. THOUGH THE WOMAN INSIDE WAS PLEASANT, I WOULD NEVER EVER CALL OR USE THEM AGAIN.

Called and placed an order for my sister for some birthday flowers. Was last minute and they were still able to help me and the flowers were beautiful. Thanks

I would like to say thank you to All Occasions Florist for taking care of my grandmothers funeral arrangements. During this painful time for my family all of the employees were super nice and helpful. As hard as the decisions were they were very patient and worked with us to find the perfect arrangements for the price range in which we could afford. The nights of the viewing everyone raved on how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you ladies for the wonderful job you did and your super customer service. A+++
