Please do not use this guy. He is a complete lunatic. Mad sexual advances toward my wife then threatened to kill her when she turned him down. Stalked her for weeks, we had to get a restraining order. Sad little man!!!

DO NOT TRUST this guy. He will mislead you and price gouge you. Don't walk run away from him. Use anyone else in Moore, Ok and you will be better off. He robbed me blind.

Our experience was a positive (albeit an expensive) one both times we used Tipton's.

And yes, 24/7 companies DO charge a premium, folks. That's just the nature of the beast.

Very bad experience. As stated by someone else "run don't walk away " from these people. Do yourself a huge favor and call another plumber. You will end up calling another anyway. I give them zero stars.

Please run, don't walk away from this company! This plumber does nothing illegal, maybe immoral, but not illegal. Know that if you are going to use him, he charges by the job & not by the hour. Per the words from the owner, he charges & allows for the fact he is a 24/7 plumber so he charges more. Charges more, yes sir! I have had two other est from plumbers & they were both under $600. He charged $1285.00. This was for a simple leak that ties into the city meter. The job took 5 hours. You call, he comes out & gives you the invoice not having a clue if it will take 30 min or 5 hrs. If you don't agreem you will pay an $85 service call & he walks away for 15 min of work. The price seems very high but being an elderly lady with no water, You are in a vulnerable position & he knows it. You would then have to call another plumber and pay. Is it illegal, nope but save yourself some money and call ANYONE else!

First of all, let me give you fair warning - DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! I rate them (-5) stars. Here is my experience: A few months ago tipton's tech came to my house to repair my hot water heater - it took him a second trip to fix a rookie foul up on the initial visit. Ok, so now my hot water heater goes out again. tipton's same tech(he only has 1) comes back out and after 10 minutes tells me he has reset the machine and all is good. I told him I had already reset the heater several times, it runs for a while and goes out again. He stated that he made some other reconnections to the wires and everything should be fine. What he did, I found out later, was rewire the thermostat to bypass all the safety features because he thought it would continue to work that way. Well of course, an hour later the heater was out again. I called zack at the office and he said they would be back out the next day between 2-4 and that the part is under warranty so there would be no charge. At 5:15 the next day after they NO SHOW/ NO CALL, I call zack again, he says they are backed up and a tech will be here "within the hour". Again NO SHOW/NO CALL. I call the next morning (Sat) at 9:30, "oh we're so sorry, we will be there "within the hour". Yes, you guessed it, again, NO SHOW/NO CALL. At this point, its getting comical. I knew he was ducking me because he thought he was going to have to do the work for free. This goes on for several more days until I finally call BRANDON'S PLUMBING. I called at 12:00 they said they would be here at 2:00 and showed at 1:50. Within 15 minutes, BRANDON'S tech correctly diagnosed the problem(which was something totally unrelated to tipton's diagnosis) - 30-45 minutes later, job was done, payment was made. And unlike tipton's work, BRANDON'S work fixed the problem permanently. Obviously, one company has pride in their reputation and dedicates itself to maintaining a highly trained service crew - BRANDON'S - and one company.....well let's just let their Better Business Bureau's rating of "F" speak for itself. I've said enough already. Remember, for professionalism and honesty, call BRANDON'S.

Zack and Robert arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were very professional and quickly repaired my water heater. I was very happy with their service.

Drain in my shower was stopped up and shower was filling up. They were able to come out the same day and clear out the drain. They showed up on time and great to work with. Great to do business with.

Have used Tipton's for years. Great customer service. Always fast and professional. They just replaced a water heater for me the same day I called.

I wish I could give this company negative stars.The plumber that came out was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He gave us a complimentary service and told us exactly where to dig and how to fix our problem, however he gave us the wrong information. As a result we spent hundreds of dollars and an entire weekend digging a ten foot by 6 foot hole in our yard. We never found the pipe in order to fix the problem. When I called to see if they could come back and give us the correct information the manager only cared that his plumber "went behind his back"and gave us a complimentary service. He told me he would do research and call me back twice, both times I called him back and both times he informed me he had not had time to look into the matter. While arguing with the manager he implied that I was lying, misunderstood what was going on, and had basically stolen the service from his company because I should not have agreed to the complimentary service. The manager would not honor his plumbers work so I got another plumber. I wouldn't let this company back on my property if they were the last plumbing company on earth.

Had them come out on a Saturday to change a broken water main shut off in my rental property. They charged me over $600 will never use them again. I have since had a similar situation. This past New Years day and was only charged $250. I understand after hour charges and running a business, but I feel I was taken advantage of.

Charged us $386 did not put effort in to fixing it. Left saying he could not clear the line because boss gets mad when he breaks equipment. Boss agreed to give me back $161 but that money was never returned! Another plumber fixed the problem for $125. Poor customer service!

Consumer Beware!! Poor customer service. This company is all concerned about charging you $ 65 for a visit & wont quote you an estimate over the phone for installing a gas line over grass at 20 feet. Seriously?? I wasn't asking you to re-plumb my entire house.

Not worth the money & trouble. I had a broken/frozen pipe outside, and he was fairly quick to respond after contacting him. He charged $150 just to come out and look at the broken pipe and then changed me $475 on top of that to change out two simple PVC pipes (couldn’t use more than $10 in parts). Total time at my house was no more than 45 mins, and charged me over $600. The next day I went outside to put a heating tape on the newly “fixed” pipe and noticed a small leak around the same area that he claimed was “fixed”, so I called him back and he told me he would see what he can do about sending someone out that day… I could tell I wasn’t a priority on his list because I hadn’t heard back from him in over 3 hours so I decided to call him back and get a status, and he told me that it was going to have to wait until tomorrow at 9am…. After a bit of arguing, I told him to call when he arrived since no one will be at the house when he arrives since we both work during the day. He finally called me at 1100 (2 hours late) and told me that he missed a crack in the copper fitting and it would be an additional $250 to fix it. I told him to pound sand and put everything back together. I called another plumber and came and fixed his mistake for $150 total (included $100 brass fitting). Bottom line, this guy is a major price gouger and doesn’t do good work in the long run. Go with someone else. I wish I read the google reviews prior to calling him to identify the trend of “over priced”.

Called with a clogged sink. Tipton's ran a snake through the roof vent and charged $251 saying they "hit mud". They did not unclog the sink, nor did they run a camera -$2,147 estimate to jack-hammer concrete and tunnel under cabinet to replace the 'rusted out' line. I called 3 other plumbers for 2nd opinion, first thing each one said was they wanted to run a camera down the vent to confirm the problem. City Plumbing (Norman) came out, cleared the line of year's and year's worth of grease, ran a camera, and discovered the line was fine. Charged $398.40. No jack-hammer, no tunneling, no Tipton's.

Excellent customer service. I called late evening and set an appointment for first thing the next day. The tech was prompt and very polite. I was impressed with the quality of work and prices. I would recommend Tiptons plumbing anytime.

Quick response, was able to work quickly to fix our leak in a sprinkler line. Went beyond expectations to make sure no other leaks existed prior to leaving. Would recommend for emergency plumbing services.

Our pipes backed up into our home at 9pm at night, toilets overflowing with poo. I called Tiptons Plumbing's 24 hour services and they dispatched someone within the hour. Zach arrived and was very nice and upfront with all the costs. He was quick finding our problem and fixing it. I will definatly be calling him with any plumbing issues I have again! Great service! Would recommend to EVERYONE!

The service technician was on time did the work well, quik and with no problems. This is the 3rd time i have used Tipton plumbing

Called and they showed up in 10 minutes to Unclog the kitchen sink line. This is the second time I've used them twice and both times they've handled business professionally
