I love the link they text you so you can see just when they will arrive. They did a great job and I am very happy with their service.

Mark was here on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and all around great to work with. We needed fast service and they came the same day. I would highly recommend using Brandon’s plumbing and will use them again in the future.

I called this morning and they were able to send a serviceman today. Jacob arrived promptly. He listened and understood my plumbing issues. He got started right away. Awesome job!! I’m very impressed.

They came out and addressed our issue immediately, didn't waste anytime getting it resolved. Very professional and polite

We hated having to pay the after hours fee but the guys who came out - Dustin and Brenden - were very nice, competent, and arrived a few minutes early! They worked well together and seemed to know what they were doing. A bad experience with our faucet ended up being not so bad after all. Thank you.

Replaced our hot water tank. Got an appt lined up quickly with the nice woman in the office. Daniel and Mark showed up at the appointed time and got the new tank in pretty quickly. Daniel reviewed what they did and made sure to answer any questions before leaving. Top notch.

Had a leak in the waterline to the house, Jason & Johnny arrived at the time specified at 3PM. The problem was diagnosed and repair proved to be unique. They worked until 8PM to ensure the repair was completed and we had our water supply back on that evening. Courteous and friendly did a very good job! Would highly recommend and will certainly use in the future if need arises.

Came during the agreed-upon time frame. Called me before they came. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Had a dripping faucet. The man on the phone told me the problem and it would cost $140 to have them fix it. He also told me it was under warranty by delta for life. Called delta and just finished installing part.



When I have a real plumbing problem in future I will call them back

Do not use this company, doubled talked me from the time they showed up till I fired them 5 weeks later....could not even start the job much less finish it. When I called the office to find out when they were coming to finish job, some guy on the phone kepted calling me "Cowboy" well gech ya fixed up Cowboy, "dont cha you worry Cowboy", Actually sent a guy to me who looked high as a kite, found out 2 days later he cut his arm wide open on another job. All the service guy wanted to do was put a claim in on one of the utilities that surrounded my line, very unethical in my opinion. Stay away from this group, they will milk you for as much money as they can get away with.

Money ripoff. When they got there they told me it was a big job take about 4 hours and gave me a quote for $375. I thought was expensive for replacing a water valve, but I agreed. He finished in <20 minutes not 4 hours and they still charged me $375. I argued with the guy because he tome me $375 for 4 hours and he finished in 20 minutes, but they told me I agreed to price ahead of time so that is what they charge even if it takes less time.

Don't use Brandon's Plumbing if at all possible-- call someone else. Just got thru with the worst experience with any business ever with them. Let's see... gave initial price, then after we decided to use them- RAISED the price of the job by more than $1000!! also, they didn't show up TWICE when they were supposed to-- how can you run a business like THAT?
