This bank has serious problems. They confused my account with another customers, I had another customers checks being withdrawn from my account. Explanation was the account numbers were similar. I was insulted in the bank by the manager Quentin in front of other customers. They refused to give me available funds and accused me of "using the bank". I thought a bank was to be used to deposit checks & withdraw funds. In my experience this bank is run by a team of very rude and untruthful people. With the exception of Mrs. Jones she was very polite.VERY RUDE & UNAPOLOGETICThere are a dozen other banks in Monument stay away from this one.
