No heat and they helped

My four yeal old furnace went out recently, and I could not get the big companies to even call me back, so I started looking locally. Purcell's on-call person called back within 10 minutes, listened to me, gave me some suggestions on how to get through a cold evening since I declined emergency service, and told me to call the shop the next morning. The shop called ME before I could call them. They went to my house, got the furnace up and running, and handled all the warranty paperwork. Aaron was great to work with, and better yet, I now have a local company I can rely on for future service and maintenence work.
