Extremely dis-appointing service. No problems until a few months ago when they changed the carrier. (If you are afraid of a small dog yo should probably find a profession other than mail carrier.)

Even after kenneling the dog up they will not attempt to delivery packages to the house. Carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice in the mailbox. Even when we have been outside in the yard. No second attempts are even attempted. We have even called the postmaster... And the response was "If you have a dog we do not have to delivery to you." Question to the postmaster, "If the dog is kenneled up, apparently you don't have to deliver either?" I suggest all use a different delivery service if at all possible, there appears to be no way to even have a conversation and definitely there is no understanding of who the customers is for this branch of the USPS. Probably another bail out coming in the future for the USPS..... go figure.
