Provided by YPmobileEverything breaks !!! We are the first to live in this brand new luxury apt and we have only been here a few months and we have had over 15 broken things needing maintenance. I was locked out of my door for 30 mins because apparently the doors get jammed. The maintenance man said he fixes one a day. The manager is a manager stern but she is nice. The maintenance guy is a really nice guy. You might as well paint the walls as you move in because no matter what you will be painting them when you leave. If you have a wet hand the paint comes off.
