I wish I could give 0 stars to this company. If you want your appliance (in my case dishwasher) repaired correctly, promptly and don't want to wait for servicemen who never show up, use any other company. The only reason I'm stuck with this company is they somehow have a contract with the home warranty company the seller of my home purchased. The repairman has failed to show up completely on one occasion and the other two, I've had to call him (well after the appointment time), then remind him who I was, my address and why I wanted him to come. Parts that were supposed to take 7-14 days supposedly took over a month to be received. You will be very disappointed if you use this company!
