I chose this doctor for his credentials. I took my child here for over a year and never once met Dr. Robinson. He hired a nurse to see patients, and although she was very nice, my daughter was misdiagnosed. I took her in because she was very sick and was told that she had bronchitis and to take her home. That night, my daughter ended up in the emergency room with pneumonia and almost died. Eight months later, I took her back for a routine evaluation and was told that I had a $100 credit. I asked them whey they did not mail it to me and they said they do not do that. I asked them if I had never returned or moved, what would they do with the money and she told me that THEY KEEP IT!!! I went home and tried to speak with Dr. Robinson directly and I was asked why. I told them it was personal and they refused to let me speak with him. I tried calling several times and speaking with several of the staff members with the same results. I even had a girl from the office call me and try to persuade me to tell her why I wanted to talk to him personally. I told them I had a complaint. They still refused to give him the message. I decided to make an appointment. Once there, and in the room with my child, I told the nurse and she directly told the doctor. I received a check within a few days. They I received another check for $1 something for the last visit. If you do not pay very close attention to your insurance's EOB's you may very well have your money kept by their facility without your knowing.
