I purchase a central air unit and I thought they were very knowledgeable and courtesy. I would buy from them again.

Very unprofessional! They damaged my appliances and my home during delivery (delivery courtesy of dumb and dumber) and have the audacity to insult me with an offer of about 10% of the actual repair cost. (I'm so glad I bought that homeowners policy) Way to treat your customers R & B! It'll probably cost 'em more in attorney fees now than it would have to handle it the right way from the start. Oh well. Life goes on.

Recker and Boerger advertised a washer/dryer set in their ad in the Sunday paper. We went in on Monday to get the set. They kept trying to sell us a different set. Long story short, they refused to honor the ad. We got several excuses along the way as to why they wouldn't honor it (wrong brand was pictured, picture was wrong color, ad company messed up, etc). They ended up putting all the blame on the company that prints their ads (even though Jim Recker approved a proof of the ad before it printed). This company can not be trusted. It is full of liars. I have contacted the BBB and still have gotten nowhere.
