This company was recommended to us by a neighbor. And they came to fix our faucets from dripping and checked the bathroom and they said they don't empty tanks and we have to call atc. So all they did was fixing 2 faucets and a bathroom valve and charged us 308.00 for a job that can be done for 100 or less. This company is not to be trusted! I rarely write reviews but people need to be aware of such crooked companies.

This was my story you read it and you judge it .I called for the service to install a water filter on my site, reason I called this company for service because I read other post commend. and I trust it as fool, did not call for estimate and for total could be no more then 1.5 hrs job they want $495 usd. after work done at first time, I complain it they came down to $360. and I have similar job at other place just cost me $120, (one man come get it done in 1 hr ) this company send two men came took two trip spend two days finish the job.( first trip these two men no even knowledge of plumbing they only install the water filter on the wall and leave) all this extra trip and time they charge on me ( because first trip they told me did not have right parts) well if you guys think this is right please call they for service. good luck

This company has been in business since 1920, generational owners, which is a +. Very knowledgable techs on all scales plumbing, heating & air conditioning and friendly. I have used this company for MANY years. They are never more than a few minutes away. They will even work in the rain. I highly recommend this company for all your Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning work. I was having some sewer problems and called someone a friend suggested to put a camera in my sewer, that company told me it was going to cost $ 1700.00 - $ 2000.00, I thought that was kinda pricy, so I called Vaughn Plumbing, and WITHOUT KNOWING that another company had looked at the sewer line and had told me the cost. They told me they could replace/repair my sewer for $ 780.00 doing the exact SAME work that the other company had put in writing. So as I say once again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Bev
