I have problems rating a business well when there were issues caused by their tech when fixing the issues ends up being my expense. The first time they came to my house to do a fall check up for my furnace, the tech shorted out my Nest thermostat caused by something he did with the wiring in the furnace. I knew something wasn't right because the outside unit of my a/c would not turn off even when the furnace was running. The second tech found the issue with my Nest and turned the outside unit off at the circuit breaker and offered to replace my Nest with one of their inexpensive thermostats and all I had to do was pay for it!
