I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I reserved my storage and uhaul over the phone with the representive and gave her my debit card number. she sent me a confirmation to my email but when I get there they say a reserve doesn't mean they hold that unit for you and that I was suppose to come in and get it then but I was never told that over the phone.They tell me the storage that was suppose to be reserved for me was not available and they could give me two units which would equal out to the one I was suppose to have which was a lie. I went to check the storages out and they were the size of my closet and I was suppose to have the size of a 10x15 and then I was told I had to buy their locks and get insurance which I knew was not true, so I left and took my business elsewhere. 8/20/14
