The food was cold & the service was terrible!! We told the manager about our terrible experience & she handled it in a professional manor. Our waitress then began to act like a child. She purposely spilt a drink on me & acted like a diseased animal. We will never be back. Do not go unless you can tolerate nonsense well.

Food was cold drinks stayed empty for about 15 minutes. Try somewhere else.

I was at the restaurant with family and friends when we were treated awful. We waited over an hour just to get our salads and bread. We asked for the management who came over and did nothing. When the food finally arrived it was cold. I wrote to the corporate offices then the manager\owner called and said he knew about the incident but wasn't anything he could do; he was not even going to respond to my complaint if I hadn't written twice. They were just going to ignore me. He tried tosay my party was disrespectful, not true when we paid our bill and tipped because they placed it on our bill. Probably the worse example of bad customer service I have witnessed in a long time. If you want good service don't go here.

Service and food is very good

Thinking about dinner tonight at Texas Roadhouse has really ticked me off.....our waitress was a bit over eager. First she tried to get us to offer a donation for something and have our names put up on a wall....it was so loud it was hard for me to hear clearly what she was saying. Secondly she came back trying to sell gift certificates for the holidays. All in all the dining experience left a taste in my mouth of being on a used car lot.

The last time I was there I was irritated by an fly, flying around my table. I didn't go back after that and just last week they got an 88 from the health department for flies being in the damn kitchen, go figure!! The food is good, but in the words of Mark Bullock, "CLEAN UP" !!!

Good food if you ever get it! Slow service on Sunday.
