I always get the best customer service here! Theresa has been the manager there for years and we've had the opportunity to rent storage from her on several occasions.

I have been with them for over 2 yes. Customer Service is Great. Theresa is great. I can say only good things for StorSafe. Very friendly and if there is any concerns Theresa gets right on it.

My daughter has a unit here and the staff is veryy nice and unit was very clean resonable rates.would recomend.

The new manager, Theresa, is wonderful. I am so glad that the company hired her. I rented my unit for a total of three years and I felt as though my things were well looked after. I hope that this company sees how valuable Theresa is. Would definitely recommend Store Safe to anyone.

Best experience I have ever had renting a storage unit. The on-site resident manager Theresa bent over backwards to help me and answered every question I had. There is an electronic keypad entry to the facility and it is completely fenced for added security. There are even cameras! Thank you StorSafe. Thank you Theresa.

The facility is under new management and not only that the public restrooms are clean! We offer multiple unit discounts and fair prices. All signs on the facility grounds are in English and in Spanish. It's also nice to hear the music on days the bands are practicing.

After searching many facilities I chose this one due to the staff. They were very friendly and professional. No matter how many questions I asked (and I asked A LOT), she was very patient and answered them all. The owner even helped me put a large dresser into the unit that was too large for my friend and me to move by ourselves. The facility is well maintained and on several occasions when I went to move my furniture out I saw the owner walking the property with her sweeper broom. I really like that this storage facility had a light in the unit so I didn’t have to try and find my stuff in the dark as I could only come to my unit after work. That was a big plus. The owner made me feel very welcomed to the city and always had a smile and a kind word when I came in to pay my bill. Thanks Stor safe for making my move so pleasant. I've dealt with other storage places that didn't give anywhere near the personal touch you seemed to give.
