On two separate occasions oven the past years Rusty researched my particular situation and provided all available options along with his recommendation of what he considered to be my best avenue. Rusty was always more than accomodating and quick to answer my questions. I prefer to email and he was always quick to answer. We provided all documents in a timely matter and received approval very quickly. Rusty took every precaution to make sure there were no surprises. He turned things around in just over a couple of weeks which is almost unheard of in todays mortgage environment.
