They are very friendly and very caring. They get the job done and in decent timing. So I highly recommend them to everybody.

I came into the Ovack Service Center store to simply pick up some replacement filter bags. However, upon talking to the husband and wife owners, I discovered a real gem of a service that one hardly expects in this big box store and online internet world of suppliers for replacement parts.

I found friendly, knowledgeable, helpful people with a drive to provide the fastest and best service possible.

No one likes to spend money for replacement parts, but I found it a pleasure to pay for service that is beyond what 99% of present and future customers expect.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. Please do yourself a favor and if you need replacement parts for an Oreck vacuum cleaner or if you want to step up to the most dependable vacuum cleaner (an Oreck vacuum) or if you need some repair work on an Oreck vacuum (that happens very seldom), stop by or call them at 334-279-8227.
