I called the department to inquire about the next curb side pickup since it had been over 3 weeks since our neighborhood had seen our 'big orange trucks". Customer Service rep was WONDERFUL - kind, and well-informed - re-assuring me that the department was working hard to try to get "caught up" since we had a holiday and numerous storms. she said the supervisors and workers were working through the the weekend - and low and behold - Saturday morning i heard those big trucks coming down my street. i sincerely appreciate the hard working members (both in the office and in the field). thank you again for being a vital part of our neighborhood and helping us keep Montgomery beautiful!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I called and made an appointment for a large couch to be removed from My curb...I called the Montgomery Sanitation Department, and they told me they would come and pick it up on 11-12-15, Thursday...They did not pick it up, and it's been on the curb for 5 days already. They assured Me that it would be gone by the end of the day....they did not keep their word, and I'm rating them a 1....because a rating of 0 is not available...I'm up to date on My water bill, and My couch should have been removed as promosed....David Zack Jones
