Lee P. & Jerry S., I would personally like to apologize that you did not have a good experience w/ Montgomery Cabinet and Trim. We are a family owned business and at the time of your issues, my father was/is sick. My mother was the office person and was juggling being a caretaker and office manager. Unfortunately, there were some things that slipped through the cracks. Since that time, my mother has retired (still taking care of my father). I have a new full time person in the office that assists me with scheduling appointments and completing estimates. Again, I truly apologize that you did not have a good experience w/ MCT. I would not recommend this company at all. Like the other person wrote, very unprofessional and unreliable. I emailed and called multiple times after having a formal quote and being told the job could be done before out of town visitors were coming, but no answer. Finally, I got an answer today and the job can't be done. Thanks a lot for the inconvenience. You better get your act together if you want to continue having customers.

I would not recommend this busy to anyone. I called several times in two days before anyone returned my call. Finally I talked to Greg who said he would come out to my house and he never did. Once again I called several times up after Greg did not show and still no one has returned my calls. I do not think is the way for potential customers to be treated
