Dr Juan Chung is a very caring Doctor. He is a Doctor that shows concern & spends time with his patients. He always listens & trys to get to the root of the problem. Because of this Doctor & taking time with me he pretty much saved my life. Because of him finding my heart problems & if had not showed so much concern & time getting to the root of my problem. I just might not be here today. He has always made me feel my life is his number one concern. Honestly I can say he cares about his patients.

I have been a patient since arriving here in 1998. Dr. Sanchez has "kept me alive."
However, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!
This problem has arisen as of late. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Fix it please! ����

You don't want to waste your time by going this place. Never go this place for immigration physicals. They are so rude and unprofessional and you will be treated like an illegal migrant slave. One star is wasted on the rating. It's total of zilch.

I waited three weeks for an appointment. At my appointment I told them that I was new to the area and wanted to find a new doctor. The front desk staff told me I'd love the doctor but not love the wait time. They said the wait time was usually 2 or more hours. The building is old and all of the furnishings are old and run down. The front desk lady was hard of hearing and people yelled what was wrong with them to her. There were tacky signs everywhere saying they only don't do certain things on certain days. They are only open from 8am until 3pm so if you work, which I do you'd have to take off work to see them. I left without ever seeing the doctor. I found Eastside Urgent Care, it's open until 8pm and weekends plus it's new. Without an appointment my wait time was less than 15 min.

Dr Sanchez is very educated and has a long list of experience to draw upon for caring for his patients. That serves me and my family excellently.

That also draws ALOT of other patients to the buisness, so yes they're a very busy office. I work in health care, so I understand that if I expect him to take time with me, I am willing to give the next person the same respect, and be patient while I wait.

I had a horrible first impression of this office. The wait time in their ugly, dirty chair, dirty lobby, with spiders and over crowded lobby was the first clue that I was going to hate my visit. The people were nice. The office was old, dirty, out of date, and falling apart. The wait time was ridiculous, I waited 2 hours, then waited more time once I was in the back. I had a HORRIBLE first impression of this office and doubt I'm coming back.

Don't go to this email office, its over crowded, dirty, bugs, and the wait time for me was about two hours long. Then I waited again in the back for a long time. Don't waist your time. Find another place.

Hate that place. Waited over 3 hours to be seen. They are so unorganized.
