Provided by YP.comFantastic experience. My wife and I had traveled 10 hours from Texas when we went to this Longhorn Steakhouse for dinner. The initial service with our server Emily was friendly and efficient. We ordered our steaks and when mine was served Emily apologized to my wife that there had been a mix up on hers but it would be out shorty. Three minutes later the owner/manager Scott came to our table and profusely apologized that the steak had not been prepared properly and he was having a new steak cooked to my wife's specification. A few minutes later the steak was delivered and Scott asked my wife to make sure it was to her satisfaction. Her comment "it is so good I almost want to cry'. Having eaten in a few 5 star restaurants in my many days, this food was the best and the service was world class. To top it off Scott came back with the original steak which had been cooked well done instead of rare, and since Emily had told him I liked it that way, to take it with me as a snack for later. Without a doubt a restaurant with EXCELLENT tasting food and WORLD CLASS staff. Thanks you Emily and Scott for a wonderful end to long tiring day.
