First off, the older male server was rude as hell. He argued with me about whether or not I get a house salad when ordering as much sushi/sashimi that I did. I get a salad everytime at their other restaurants, TOKYO and WASABI! What a punk! WON'T GO BACK! Rude and unfriendly. I go eat sushi 3 times a week. Winnie you should fire him immediately!

I had a crabmeat volcano and it was awesome. The wait staff were friendly and efficient in spite of the large crowd. Recommended highly.

Host threw menus at the table without saying a word, very rude. Beers ordered were warm, when told the waitress she exchanged them for even warmer beers. Food not so good, low quantity served and prices were high.

I went to Kabuki tonight with my family for my birthday, and I promise it will be the last time any of us ever go back. Not because of the food it was fine as usual. Not because of the service. What did it was the end of the trip. We came in as a party of 8 and they could not accomidate us so they sat us as 2 seperate parties of 4. Which also was ok. When the waitress dropped our checks off, she turned around and took them back to add a 20% gratuity. Not 15 but 20 % automatic gratuity to 2 separate tables that did not even get to dine and visit together! When we asked the MANAGER about this he had a very NASTY attitude about it. Said everyone does it and that was that! I know everyone does it for big parties but we did not even get to sit together. I will never go back and plan to spend lots of time telling people about my terrible birthday experience!
