HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! do not use what so ever!!!! Paid for Flowers online, called "Jackson's" and told him my mother left her office at noon today and they flowers need to be delievered before noon. I called at 12:45 he has YET to even make the arrangement, obviously did not deliver the arrangement and told me if I wanted my money back to call the Flower Shop Network to get my money back. Did not try to make things right at all. I called The Flower Shop Network and the line got disconnected in the middle of the conversation and tried to call back several times and it was busy. Disputing charges now!! FRAUD!!!!!
